I cannot get my head around why Not has done what they have since Friday.

Don't get me wrong I beleive they have been working at this for some time.

But,why didn't they do this the week before (SEPT 24) when FWR closed at 22 1/2 cents,and NOT closed at $1.83. It would have been a much nicer premium at .45 cents per share. Making it a much more attractive offer.

Or for that matter, pretty well anytime in Sept would have been a better deal for FWR shareholders.

It would then appear that something has happened in the last week, that has caused Not to make an urgent offer to FWR.

Some of the possibilities brought forth were that it could be we have got back the 43-101 on the Chromite. Another was we got assays back on The Eagles-A-B-C.One or both of these were well above expectations. This could be it.

However I think something much bigger has taken place. The only thing that I can come up with is that we have someone Big-Substantial-Powerful ,that has come on board with us, and we will hear all about it prior to the AGM.
