Ah yes, but there is still a gap between actual value, what is in the ground, and valuation, as in share price. Of course, this is the stock market and perception rules, and in terms of share prices only, this could be considered fair. However in terms of what each of the two companies actually can place on the table for mutual benefit, I am not so sure.
