Not fear mongering SUM, just what happens to every public company that has a deal fall through.

If I was sure this was a done thing I would transfer more of my NOT shares over but the potential fall in SP if this does not go thru is brutal at $0.38 cent to even $0.30 cents. But if NOT comes out with great assays and drags FWR up to $0.60 (NOT being worth $2.40) the fall would be 50% OUCH!!
