If it comes to the vote and I still have my shares, I do not think I will have the time to sell them without a loss.

If NOT does get to $2.40 giving FWR a valuation of 0.60, will anyone paying that much vote against the vote and risk losing 50% overnight? I think anyone buying shares at .38 and higher will be voting for this deal as the potential loss increases with every move up from NOT. The big question is does NOT have assays to move this up? Do they have another ace up their sleeves to move up the SP?

Today, FWR traded 4.5M shares or 2.25% of their Share float at a price of 38cents average. Everyone that bought today that I know will vote for this deal. I believe the volume of FWR over the next few weeks may very well indicate how this will go. If we keep churning thru shares, the more likely this vote will go thru.
