Then there is a possiblity that Cliff's will come in make an higher priced offer to FWR ---and SPQ-and KWG and take them over---then later cliff's will scope up NOT --and own the biggest part of ROF---unless somebody else steps in----so if WES doesn't make MAC and acceptable offer----NOT will have to contended with cliff's---JMO
