Frank, I suspect this was set up by the entire BOD of FWR as a "Poison Pill".

Judging by NOT's negative reaction to it, it appears to be working.

Again I believe this bid is an attempt by Irwin to get the majors to make a move now rather than 2-5 years down the road.

The hedge funds want to turn over the investments because there are other lucretive deals available.

All investors in the RoF should be celebrating today as this is the spark that will drive the prices higher soon.
