Lets go thru the numbers. Market cap of FNC after Friday closing 63M + value of QUC shares holding by FNC at $4 = 20M then the value as it is now is 83M and we are offered 90M and yes $7M. Separate it to 200M shares and the premium is.... $0.035 yes three and a half cents. That is not very much in % it shows me 11.11% which equals to an offer to NOT (1.59 Fridays close) of $1.766 I am invested in both companies and as I would hate a premium of $ 0.176 for my NOT shares I don't like the $ 0.035 for my FWR.
