Yup, FNC is is getting interested in a region that has a long history of gold exploration that has been overlooked by the entire community for years. The Southern region of Quebec is the site of the first recorded gold rush in north america.

The most advanced project there is the Golden Hope Mines Bellechasse (Timmins) Gold Deposit that is quickly approaching a resource estimate. Take a look at the GNH presentation here: http://www.goldenhopemines.com/userfiles/file/Presentation2009.pdf to get an idea of the size, scope and timeline that GNH is looking at for the Bellechasse (Timmins) Deposit.

From my calculations and what the company is stating, they are going for 1-2MMoz before the end of the year. This is the most undervalued play on the V that I have seen in a long time.
