The comments are directed to the progress we experienced since March 2008.

With the last PP at $2.80, there need be NO MORE purely self serving EGO driven Greed nor Revenge hoisted onto this Company!

To continue on the course of the past 12 - 18 months will do very much real lasting harm.

Enough harm has been inflicted. To get past this in a demonstrated reassuring way, some of the over payer/rewarded Directors should go. To do otherwise may well limit the Optional final reward they WILL Eventually reap. That they essentially payed themselves well in advance of getting to the Ultimant Goal shows their lack of worthyness.

Where did pay as you go, or compensation as you prove yourself, go?

Many with the Cash on Hand look very closely at these very things. And much more so in this NEW Leadership Reality. Everyday Small Investors, as well, RUN from this self centered behaviour.

Time has passed to see Prove Yourself and then reap the rewards. No more: "I'm up for sale" "will do what ever is needed, so long as I get my reward, unconditionally, up front" This does not even play well with the too many others who have learned the same attitude in the past 20 -25 years. Doing it by what ever means necessary. There are consequences. Look around. They are everywhere now in plain view. NOT good!
