are some of the reason for suspicion. "is it safe to say that no drilling is happening at the moment since the talks are off?----------------then to finish "my guess is that the drills have stopped turning until the agreements have been met" all wrong. maybe a bit more DD before you post!! if day to day ups and downs do this to you. SELL. patience pleace.
