Retracement theory - 33%-50%-66%

For those panicked - they should understand and listen to those out there with some TA experience. Additionally, they should pattern other juniors (in other sectors) and watch how things go up and down. Anyone watch CSI yesterday? Watch it in three months for a HEALTHY retracement. Watch it drop to and bounce off of $5.50.

Retracements set new support levels - they exist.

From our high of 3.00 - jumping from a low of .60 (2.40 rise), a 50% retracement would have brought us to 1.80. A 66% retracement would bring us to around $1.40. In a stock as volatile as a junior explorer, a 66% retracement is not unlikely. It is also not guaranteed. It is a guide for entry and exit levels.

If the stock rises to 1.80 fine - if it drops to 1.50 fine - it really is a question of where are you getting on and off? Please don't be surprised if the price does not agree with your hopes - unfortunately one individual's conscious wishes can not control many's unconscious stirrings.
