Lance,Before we heat up the tar and pluck the chicken I would suggest that there may be more than two people in that severence deal. Remember we also said goodbye to NN and I also think Dr. Mungell was also an employee (now contractor). I would like someone who is going to the meeting to allow the rest of us to name them in our proxy and possibly we could send them to AG so that they can be accumulated. Possibly even George (I assume he still holds some NOT) could act as our proxy. At least he would be able to get into the meeting this year.
