Message: Possible new route into McFaulds Lake staked....

Agreed it would be nice if the claims were in NOT's name. But can someone confirm that if it is a rail line, whoever builds it DOES NOT have exclusive rights to use it and must make it available for a resonable toll? Also, is there the same rule for roads? Meaning whoever builds the road must also provide access to others for a fee?

I don't believe in Canada one company can have exclusive access to rail or road. Assuming this is correct, perhaps it's not a bad thing to let someone else take the lead on infrastructure while NOT focuses on exploration drilling. Thoughts?
