Good Stuff RL, and there you have it folks, the new rule just passed is imo most probable underlying mitigating circumstancial reason that i can see for NOT to "NOT" list on the TSX, given the historical close association of certain Board Members with the TSX our BOD would have been in the know about coming change. My guess is this will not be a rule much liked by many companies as there's the instant reduction of control.

Been up north playing around Hay River for the last couple days and got the news of the rail line work on my Crackberry, very, very, very good stuff! Interestingly enough the rail line going into Hay River runs through much the same type of geography as will the new line into McFaulds from Nakina, really really not going to much of an issue especially with the known gravel eskers alll along the route. they will have multiple blast pits and will haul thousands of truckloads of material during the roadbed construction. My take is that there will likely be a road of sorts well before the rails completed but that's my opinion.
