From what I understand NOT has signed the MOU and it was a very good move. I am told that it is imperative that FWR, PRB and the others do the same thing. The sooner the better.

Now whether the jvs are covered I don't know. I would think where NOT is the operator......?

There are many who could answer this for you with a definitive answer.

But that is a good question. From what I understand this one is for Noront. I know that FWR has a good relationship but do not know if they have one signed. I don't think so but they should. Save a lot of grief down the road.
