But it was the Leaks that made the Volitility Index for NOT go higher than the SP!

And though the Proof of the Rumors was in the NR's, the Manipulation made the SP FALL. Not the Quality of the Proof (News)!

And of course, those wanting NOT so Badly seem to have sufficient resources, cash wise and Connections Wise, to do much of what they please.

Too Bad they Killed the SP in the process (and much the same for Big Investors interest in such a QUALITY Exploration Company) thereby needing to then do the $2.80 Give Away to help revive NOT following their crafty Hatchet Job on the Company.
