If you want do defend Wes then do so. But just so as you are aware, Msrs. Hamilton and parissoto were fully aware as to the assertions of the proxy battle. One of which was the TSE listing. Since Wes was hired by these same individuals , they as directors must have informed him of this madate. This supposedly why they are there. .
