Well.... "watts" the problem we have with this "current" discussion? Someone would obviously be "charged" with the task of making sure "negative" things don't r-amp up. Let's think "positive" here. Personally I find the "potential" "electrifying". But you can bet if something went wrong, no one would be held accountable or "discharged" from their jobs as they would be "insulated" or would go to "ground" while others ran "interference" for them. "Breaker, breaker" c'mon back. :)
