you took the words out of my mouth Hoov, 1400 metres to do 1000 at 10 degress sounded a little fishy. For those not so mathimatically minded use a ruler and a protrator. Draw a line at 10 degrees to the vertical and scale it off to the 1000m level below the horizontal. But of course you have to put in deviation readings
