Private Placement - Private information?

All,

It is great to see the news release that our "private" placement was filled. Sounds like people stepped up to the plate and made Wes an offer he couldn't refuse.

I've heard through the grapevine that to get in on the "private" placement, one needed to have excess of 1 million in invested assets or income greater than 300k/year.

If this is true - then we know that 25 million dollars of smart money is in on this NOT play and is highly supportive of future positive results.

I checked SEDAR but could not find the terms of the "private" placement. I assume this is because it's "private". Any of those big investors out there on this forum have a copy/observed the terms of the "private" placement that would care to enlighten us public?

This could provide some needed pyschological support for those worried about drifting stock prices (NOT I!!).
