I think that this would be a great way to stop some of the trashy, flippant and non-informant postings of some people that refuse to stop posting their garbage. If they were to lose points every time they received a red thumb down and were removed from the board after descending to a certain level, it may clean up a lot of the junk that we have to sift through to try and stay informed.
