Pardon me for being a sceptic...Unless this is a new policy that Wes has recently instituted...Very recently..But I think people like Wellington,Genuity, Clarus and Dundee have been privy to more info than the retail shareholder...These are smart people and they are not going to throw $25.000,000 into a moose pasture...Maybe this policy has been in place after meeting with the investment houses..Just my thoughts......Regards..R R
