The Market-Cap is current 24,3 Mio CAD (FNC), 12,6 Mio CAD (SPQ), 16,9 Mio CAD (KWG) and 52 Mio CAD (FWR). So by the current prices the whole companies together have a Market Cap of nearly 100 Mio CAD. So Noront could get the whole top-area-plays with approximately 100 Mio CAD (without the Cliff-portion.
This needs some explaning, on one hand you hope for at least $20 for NOT in a take-over case and then you don't even question if shareholders of FWR, FNC, KWG and SPQ would accept an offer for a take-over at TODAY'S price, where is the logic??
Maybe a fwr shareholder is also dreaming about $5
