Impression I took on the News was that they wanted to catch everyone by surprise with $30 million which they did . Many know the potential of Windfall , with ramp and all so I would think they want that $30 million but have to bring up stock price first .

Warrants I think are 50% more than pp , and we dont know what kind of news is comming to get it up in price .

Could be a play for traders or investers getting in low and such . But this isn't my play as I dont own any and don't plan to either . But the word is out , and I just may change my mind in the future .
