PP is in the bank and cannot be repriced. If stock keeps being lowered and the over allotment does not get filled, then they will close it without being filled but the price will remain $2.80 as a flow thru.

I am hearing that we will not get any assays or visual reports before the luncheon but we may get another NR which I have no knowledge of content but it would be supportive of our SP. We will have to wait and see if this is how it plays out. The Luncheon is next Thursday so we have 6 trading days or occasions to release news.

The one thing I found interesting in reading the great post by aitakahashi is that the NRs after the PP were very regular and I have been told the NR will be coming with much more regularity after the luncheon...strange coincidence??
