Nobody is driving down the share price in order to buy more. You have willing sellers probably a good few motivated by the chance to sell and take up flow thru for tax savings.

Not unlikely there are some day traders seeing a bit of 'fear' and doing some fast sell and buy back for rally they figure is coming later in the day.

Institutional buyers might enter the fray if the price gets driven low enough that they can grab a lot of shares cheap for medium term hold but I don't see them being in yet.

So what about the buyers, they seem the smart and tough one's today as most are, so far, hanging in there with what most of us count as 'sucker bids' and drop those bids a penny or so. Doesn't look like the pattern you'd expect from retail investors locked out of the flow thru who think they should be in Noront 'right now'.

Time to take a break and come back for lunch time action. I called it wrong on opening and could have saved a few dollars on my purchase. So slap my wrist now but this buy wasn't for a day trade or week trade either.
