We have 169,000,000 million shares

Lets do some basic calculations. Remember the 43-101 states we had valuation of about 1.2 billion now. That didn't include costs of mining of course.

So.......lets say the cost of mining is 2/3 of the valuation........

1.2 billion/3 =400,000,000 dollars

The PP was for 2.80 per share. Lets say the price goes back there over the next week or two:

2.80 x 169,000,000 = 473,200,000 dollars

Why would anyone be upset with that....that is the sp without the new find included in the 43-101 valuation. We must be sitting much higher than 1.2 billion now.

Lets then say the valution has increased to 2.0 billion (may be a bit low I think)

What would the valuation of the sp be then based on it still being 1/3 of the total value of the mine.

2 bill * 33.33% = 666,600,000 dollars

666,600,000 / 169,000,000 (shares) = 3.94 per share. (That is where I think the stock price should be heading very soon. Then.......it may increase beyond that with rumours of further NR.

Why would anyone be worried right now, except perhaps that they havent' purchased enough shares yet.....

Don't worry....be happy...the best is yet to come. We'll be doubling and tripling the 3.94 estimation over the next few months as the NR keep coming.

That of course is only my opinon. If anyone with more mining knowledge can show adjustments to these numbers please do so. I would love to see them.

Have a great day,

Mustangman
