I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this yet, but if so, it's surely worth mentioning again regardless. Looking at the news describing the first lens, we get this....

HIGHLIGHTS:
Hole NOT-09-49 intersected two lenses of mixed disseminated to massive sulphides under the current Eagle One Deposit, now referred to as Eagle 1A:

Eagle 1B (the first lens) located vertically under Eagle 1A returned;

  • 178.8 metres averaging 1.2% Ni, 0.5% Cu, 0.9 g/tonne Pt, 2.0 g/tonne Pd from 306.7 meters to 485.5 meters including;
    • 2.0 metres averaging 2.5% Ni, 2.0% Cu, 0.4 g/tonne Pt, 4.7 g/tonne Pd
    • 4.7 metres averaging 5.3% Ni, 1.3% Cu, 0.6 g/tonne Pt, 5.3 g/tonne Pd

Note that this covers only from 306.7 meters to 485.5 meters. Now, looking at the table provided, we also get this...

1.77 meters from 269.21 to 270.98 of massive averaging 5.16% Ni, 3.04% Cu, 0.69 g/tonne Pt, 6.45 g/tonne Pd

35.70 meters from 270.98 to 306.68 of disseminated (lower grades mind you, yet still another 35.7 meters of mineralization which includes some PGE's)

Then deeper down....

1.32 meters from 510.43 to 511.75 of semi massive averaging 1.05 % Ni, 1.15 % Cu, 5.04 g/tonne Pt, 3.14 g/tonne Pd (very impressive PGE's here)

So, although the news highlights the 178.84 meters in the first lens, what we actually have in that first lence is a total of 217.63 meters of mineralization.

Sorry if someone has already posted this....if so, it is burried...thought this was quite interesting though.
