I sure don't want Noront selling off any reserves they have already until there is a package deal for the whole lot and an equitable payout to the shareholders. My top pick is Xstrata. They have a compatible smelter in Sudbury and they are alreay big in the chromium business which interest they may wish to protect by buying out Noront rather than have a large new competitor. I hope my second pickCVRD gives them a run for the money. CVRD has more smelting capacity in Sudbury but perhaps not as much chromium experience.
