My friends in Zug tell me they have Noront defenitely on their Radarscreens so have others.Some issues remain.The most important being infrastructure,permits,environmental laws and the cooperation of the Canadian gvmt.Money is still tight but in the end not the real problem.The chinese are pushing real hard to sign long term supply contracts.So even given the fact that till now the Chinese have no permission to spent money on junior miners indirctly they put pressure on the big mining companies to come up with the goods.
