NR Strategy?

Completely hypothetical and more of a curiousity but....

Could NOT predict this market interpretation of the current NR (a shake out) with the intentions of setting up a better market base for the next blast off NR?

Would that actually be a boardroom strategy? Especially with our new geotech Jeremy Niemi coming on board today. It would allow him to give to real goods and blow the top off?
