Hey Mustang and all...
This is my last comment about stop losses.
Yesterday I ran a stop test, a small amount to lock in some profits, see if I get stopped at my limit, and could buy them back cheaper on any pullbacks.
Anyone want to know what happened???
I did not get stopped out...I called RBC to inquire and was told no one bid at my exact limit order so it was never triggered thus never filled. He explained it would trigger once the bid was met ON THE UPSIDE.
What?
Ok, now I know for certain, they do not work in many cases. However, had it been triggered..it would have been a good call. It just did not work out that way.
So, still have my shares and will stop screwing with them...I promise.
