You may be right Don, i also have wondered wether or not they have in hand the assays on the outstanding 30 holes not reported to date, wonder, can they legally, release a 43-101 without releasing the as below stated 30 holes outstanding results in press release?

From the July 6th release.

Results have now been received for 62 of the 92 holes completed at the
Blackbird chromite deposits. Results from the remaining 30 holes will be
released as soon as they are compiled.
