Don't break your piggy bank yet...

NOT may be good to us all, but the real estate market is still in the dumps for the most part here. Actually, near where I live in Florida has had the greatest devastation in home prices than anywhere else in the U.S.!! Prices have fallen over 50%! Some beautiful buys here, and it's lovely country, but wait just a bit longer... :)
