NR - Timing

So Noront trades in Germany. I would think that a NR cannot be made before the markets open in Canada if the markets are open in Germany. Therefore there will be a halt OR a NR will be made After the markets close in Canada and before they open in Germany. If the news is big , then a halt should be done with a resume that would affect all markets equally! Rico
