There is no guarantee, and I suspect no obligation, to release the news tonight. There are such things as reasonable time to do so.

If the common perception of 20% rise in sp is correct then they are only obliged to release by Tuesday morning, and I suspect not necessarily before the opening.

Also some seem to think of trade halt in the last minutes, I do not think so, that does more harm than good. Just look at it from the Exchange's point of view instead of the trading public. And of course, after hours a halt does not apply.
