Just a thought that might help: If you spend a great deal of time in front of your computer (or not) you can pull up BNN - The CTV Broadband Network - downsize it and run it constantly in a corner of your screen so you can see as well as listen to all their segments. If you can't watch during the day you can get a rerun at night.
