Understandably there is a lot of conjecture on what happens next with NOT. Will sp drop on news .... should we sell some...will it be the turning point?

Here is another perspective. Lets say the NOT news is disappointing..this time. Lets say sp does drop this time. IMHO this is unlikely but lets just follow this through.

First NOT is not finished drilling on their properties...there will be other discoveries.

However my main point is chromite. Even though people are not excited about these massive discoveries of chromite yet, Cliffs is clearly very interested. The street and the analysts on Bay street don't seem to understand the value of the chromite but Cliffs obviously does. Cliffs will make believers of all of us.

I have said many times that Cliffs is a minor player compared to Vale, Xstrata, BHP etc and that is true. However in the absence of the big boys Cliffs is slowly and steadily gaining a foothold in the RoF. If noone else wants to buy in, it is clear that Cliffs does.

Read carefully the last news release by KWG/Cliffs. They are taking serious steps to establish the infrastructure. They bought the NSR on the FWR chromite claims. More importantly they have made their intentions clear to continue to expand their holdings in the RoF.

Yes this is a longer term prospect than a grand announcement regarding E1 and FNC but this will not go away.

When I have any doubts about my investments in the RoF I always remember the words of Richard Nemis at PDAC. He said.."don't worry, it is in the groubd and won't go away".
