As soon as I am playing them (NOT & BMK) both I would say BMK is 20% underperforming at this point :)

This is obvious as soon as NOT is the news generator and RoF leader.

A nice thing with BMK is if there will be a HALT, BMK will outperform (with high chances) NOT. I did see it many times on bullish trend last years...
