to see $17+ it is worth to ask the question - how much money is required to bring the price that high (assuming NR trippling the stuff underground)

It took ~ 50Mx$1.25 avg = $72.5M of volume to tripple the price (~7M of investment)

It should be ~ .5 Bln of volume and ~70-100M of investment to make $17+ price.

It is much simpler to buy the company directly...
