With all due respects to all posters.......let it lie......I was personally involved in a similar situation in northern Quebec.......spectacular Au assays from surface DDHs......went UG via a ramp.......Co spent a few $M.......bulk sampling did not prove up an economical orebody.......dropped property........end of story.......those are the chances one takes!!!

Optioning Windfall to Eagle Hill is a justifiable move on Wes' part. Let them put up the exploration $ on what is probably, from NOT's bulk sampling (I have full faith in Pat Chance's qualifications and integrity), not going to be economic at today's Au prices. No mention on who the operator is going to be.........could be NOT!! This move is consistent with the norm in cases like this in the mining industry in Canada. Better to retain some interest than nothing........also sends a message that NOT has not completely written off Windfall....a NSR could be a nice piece of change, but the chances/odds are not good on collecting one. If you had worked in the mining industry, you would better understand why Wes took this route!!

Please give Wes the benefit of the doubt and allow him and his crew to do their jobs and focus on the ROF.

Respectfully submitted
