The following link I think adds a bit more description/detail to the Eagle deal and has a bit of a different feel to it for me. NOT will net 600k from initial payments and 400k following the BFS and 75% earn-in. We can be annoyed at the mushroom syndrome we've been experiencing but in terms of cold hard business, there are some merits and tactical aspects to this that are significant for NOT....and us.
