glorieux....I would like to reply to your comments

"I was told we will never see those assays. So guys, as much as many are frustrated by all this, I think we need to move on. For those still excited by Windfall, sell some NOT and buy some Eagle and open up a new discussion forum. Management will not fold on this one guys, let's move on as there is nothing to be gained here except exaccerbating our collective frustrations!

We have great events happening with NOT, let's concentrate on that and we will all walk out of this one very happy one day!"

Let's start with the first line...."we will never see those assays" Ok, so there were in fact assays; they just won't reveal that to their shareholders.....doesn't that make you ask why? ....very telling....NEVER; that's a long time. Are they hiding something? Let me rephrase that....what are they hiding....from their shareholders?

Let's move on to another line....."For those still excited by Windfall, sell some NOT and buy some Eagle and open up a new discussion forum." Question is this....on what basis would I be making this decision? It's not a quesiton of being fixated on Windfall....there were assay results and we want to know what they were. Maybe we don't like the option agreement; maybe we will. If I know what the assays are, then maybe I can make an informed decision and buy some Eagle Hill. I don't know. But others surely know what those assays are.

Your next line begins with this... "Management will not fold on this one guys"....such determination. Is this turning into a win/lose thing.....if they give us the assay results, that somehow they will feel they were defeated by the retail or something. I thought we were all on the same side. As shareholders we expect a certain amount of transparency...in which to base our decisions. Is that too much to ask? Why such resistance?

And then my favorite...."let's move on". Yes...they would surely appreciate that....they've been trying to get us to forget Windfall for quite some time now...just drop it. NOT is an exploration company. They drill, they get cores....they send them away for assays....they disclose those assay results to the shareholders. This is not a private company. There is an obligation to the shareholders. If they don't want to share info with the shareholders, then I suggest they go private.

One final point. This option agreement....doesn't just make this go away. We as shareholders of NOT continue to hold an interest in this project. When we have 0% interest with nil net smelting fees, then, and only then will we have no interest in this project and may decide at that point to buy into this other company. For the time being however, we continue to have an interest. Furthermore, up to the date of the option agreement, we should have full disclosure of what was in those assays....and this should be reported on by NOT. It is due to their reluctance that we become more persistant....so, no...I don't think we should just move on as you suggest.

A shareholder who hopes he still has some rights
