All this adds up to a big fat "WTF?!?!!??" to me. Eagle Hill looks like a borderline shell company. The timing and the details of the agreement make it look like something that the co-CEO's and Patrick F'n Anderson drafted and handed to Wes Hansen to sign, probably buried in a stack of other documents requiring his signature.
