Other than Clarus buying a large block of shares is there any other new information that could be driving the SP up?

After Noront said nothing new when contacted by TSX could it be as simple as Clarus had a meeting with Noront and liked what they heard so are making a comittment for the medium/long term. On their web site they mention how they:

"We identify small and mid cap Canadian issuers with superior management teams, sustainable business strategies and strong prospects for growth"

and

"Once an opportunity is identified, we seek to become the dominant trader in the equity by employing a uniquely focused concentration"

If there was anything new shouldn't there have been some sort of release?
