Let's have fun with some number from your post:

Reserves

The three ore bodies have a proven reserve of 125.3Mt at 0.73% nickel and 0.032% cobalt, and a probable reserve 137.9Mt at 0.57% nickel and 0.026% cobalt, giving a total of 263.3Mt at 0.65% Ni and 0.029% Co. The reserves ensured a project life of 21 years.

So their reserves contained 17M tons of nickel alltogher. Eagle 1 with our current 43-101 has 62k tons of nickel. Now to be fair our Cu/Pt/Pd/Au/Ag credits are much higher than their cobalt credit but let's stick to nickel. So we would need Eagle 1 to be 27times bigger to have the same amount of nickel. However, our credits are much higher and our grades are about 3.5x higher and thus much more profitable. So a deposit hosting somewhere between 15-20 times our Eagle 1 would then justify a major spending 2.2 Billion dollars on infrastucture which is probably where we are in terms of need. So, the market is probably right at this point...Noront has not proven enough to justify a mine and the high cost of infrastructure. In the beginning our grade was great and we were talking about upside down elephants and thought we would hit on every leg...but that was not the case. However, we now have a deposit that extends 1000M instead of 275M. This will increase our reserves greatly and I believe the grade will be similar all the way down. Everything Prof Mungall has ever put on paper said that Eagle 1 could not exist on its own...we now have the proof that it does not...the same event that caused Eagle 1, caused the rest of this toothpaste to fill the space next to the granodiorite. So if the grade is similar as theorized, then we need to define its X and Y axis to find our reserves and hope we end up with 15-20 times Eagle 1 to make this a slam dunk of a deal for a major. Personally, I do not think we need 15 times Eagle 1 but trying to be conservative here.

Sorry for the ramblings...not sure that helped anyone but wanted to get this on paper.
