Maybe the traders believe NOT'S powder is all spent. NOT has released a lot of information on a lot of the drilling they have done over the last 8 months. Maybe there are some who believe there is nothing more to release at this time, LOL. Oh well every one of these releases add value to NOT whether or not the market recognises it now.
