the division of shares was not specified to the public. This should be public knowledge. One could almost think that they know from this site that the options are a touchy subject and chose to leave it vague. I haven't noticed that other companies have avoided the specifics on this issue. Also interesting that they felt the need to mention that the options were not granted to present board members, for I think obvious reasons, therefore who is left, including misty entities (consultants or what ever) who remain in the background at present.
