The waters are deep indeed Sum, deep and dark, but with pick and shovel and the force of water what's hidden usually surfaces. Its not that i think he has, it's that i am theorizing that he has not, thats the gist of my post which leads into your response, if i read right that perhaps there's underlying attributes to his being here with respect to Windfall.
