Message: Mr. Wesley (Wes) C. Hanson, P.Geo, as President, Chief Executive Officer

Herb, thanks for your kind words of caution, It's always advisable to be cautious with your investments.

It's ok to say "don't get your expectations too high", however, for those holding this stock, of which there are many thousands, there is nothing, nothing, but high expectations, high expectations we have all been ingrained with by DD'ing the you know what out of this company since Windfall. Eagle One with it's 43-101, JV's around the Ring, Eagle Two, Blackbird One and Blackbird Two, AT12, AT11, Thunderbird, Probe JV etc. are all "expectations" that you and I know are not just 3's dressed up like 9's. These are the gems of a company which help to attract and retain investors. My point about transparency is just that, a simple request for more transparency, and by default specifically that surrounding Windfall, as investors in NOT we at least entitled to that. With fudiciary trasparency to all shareholders we as investors are able to effect due diligence and not just have to say a prayer and wish for more information.

Hopefully Mr. Hanson will act and bring that transparency to the table.

On the cliffs side of things, IMO, technically speaking, had i or anybody NOT inclined been fortunate enough to win 649 we could have put forth the same expenditures as Cliffs has to date in the ROF, chump change really, conceptually speaking they are really only the first kid to bend down and pick up some of the loose candy, eventually the big kid comes along and they will be punted aside, that's the advent of "Critical Mass". One hole from Glory as they say..keep those drills turning, ahh how bout' some of those long over due assays.

On another note: Of the 2 Year Plan laid out for development of the resources at McFaulds , the first year includes the design and construction of a permanent gravel runway suitable for larger aircraft...as we know, this is well underway.

Mr. Hanson, our CEO P. Geo now on board as a "developement specialist", hopefully he is well versed in all aspects of the permitting and environmental approval phases of mining construction.

Does anyone know if we've received the rebate from the province of Quebec for Windfall?

Thanks again Herb,

Regards

Notster
